Signature Productions
The one night a year
your home becomes the venue.
A Signature Production is a fully themed private party, produced the way we produce shows: concept and design, set build and decor, entertainment, lighting and sound, catering and bar, staffing, valet and security, then a full strike before morning.
Included with Estate and Private Office. Residence members and non-members can book one starting at a $25,000 production fee, plus event costs.

We come back with a plan and a budget. You approve it, and we handle every vendor, delivery and detail through cleanup.

Residence
For households that entertain a few times a year and want it done right.
Billed annually

Estate
For families who host often and want the season's biggest night handled.

- Everything in Residence
- Replies within 2 hours, 7 days a week
- 6 parties or dinners a year, up to 100 guests
- 1 Signature Production a year: your Halloween, Christmas or New Year's party
- Holiday dates held for you before the season opens
- Additional events at a 12% production fee
Private Office
For executives and family offices hosting at home and for business.

- On call, with same-day response and on-site lead
- 12 parties or dinners a year, any size
- 2 Signature Productions a year
- Client dinners, suite nights and corporate hosting
- One household staff search a year included
- Additional events at a 10% production fee
How billing works
Membership covers your planner and our coordination. Food, rentals, staff and venues are billed at member rates with no markup, and you approve every budget before anything is booked. Included events carry no production fee.
Founding members
The first ten households keep their founding rate for three years and get first pick of Signature Production dates each season.
Built by people who run rooms for a living. Mantel comes from an Indianapolis venue owner and event producer who has staged concerts, conferences and private events across the city. The caterers, chefs, florists and crews on our bench are the ones we trust in our own venues.
